The Automatic Sticker Labelling Machine with Turntable consists of the main structure, covered with SS cabinet and safety acrylic doors (OPTIONAL), an inbuilt 24-inch Turntable, a product transmission belt with an adjustable guide, label dispenser unit, a label wrapping unit, an electrical panel, PLC & HMI, AC drives & a batch printing unit (OPTIONAL). The complete Sticker Labelling Machine operation is PLC-based.

- Label dispensing speed can be set digitally using HMI.
- System Refresh: This function is used to feed the label size into the Controller. Whenever you change to a new label type or size, press the REF key. Three labels are dispensed to get the exact label size.
- Motor unlock facility for changing the label roll.
- Total counter facility is available with password-protected reset button.
