Automatic Linear Air Jet Vacuum Cleaning Machine

• SS slat chain conveyor with geared motor for smooth and jerk-free operation facilitated in the machine.
• Ease of change over with SS knobs or levers for guide track alignment for the entire machines.
• Delrin food grade bottle holding cups will be facilitated in the first bottle-stopping assembly, where 8 consecutive bottles will be inverted in an up-side-down position enabling air jet cleaning operation of the bottles.

The products are loaded manually in a vertically upward position on the conveyor, from where 2/4/6/8/10/12 consecutive bottles will be inverted in an up-side-down position enabling air jet cleaning operation of the bottles. As soon as the products are passed over the ionized air nozzles in a downward condition, this ionized air cleans and neutralizes static charge from inside of products. Because of this ionized air flow particles are loosened from the inside surface of products. These loose particles are sucked away by applying a simultaneous vacuum by a blower. The air pressure and vacuum blower work continuously for the cleaning process. The cleaned products will get into an upward position by the inverter and transfer on the conveyor for further process of filling.
