(Depending on viscosity of material, loading & fill capacity) This machine complies with USFDA and EUGMP standards. Its structure features mild steel (MS) cladded with stainless steel (SS) 304. This machine is designed specifically for filling, sealing, and coding Aluminum, LAMI, and PVC tubes and efficiently handles both viscous and semi-viscous materials. During operation, manually place empty tubes into the tube holder. The wheel rotates from left to right, advancing through each stage step by step. First, the filling head dispenses a precise amount of paste or ointment into the tube. Then, the sealing head seals the tube. Finally, it performs the coding process. After coding, an ejector rod lifts the sealed tube from the holder at the next station.
