The Automatic Double-Side (Front & Back) Sticker Labelling Machine consists of the main structure, product in-feed screw, product transmission belt with guide adjustment, top product holding conveyor with height adjustment, 2 nos. of label dispensing unit, label pasting unit, motor, sensors, AC drives, motors, electrical panel, mains on/off, emergency switch, PLC & HMI.
Automatic Two-Side Self-Adhesive (Sticker) Labelling Machines for Flat and Round Bottle. The Front and Back Labelling Machine is used for Full/partial labelling on different sizes of Flat or rectangular containers. It is capable of labelling up to 120 containers per minute depending on products and label size. The automatic double-side sticker labeller model is equipped with a roller spacing device resulting in a simple operation with “No change parts required”.
