Operations
- The operator places the product manually under the Pinhead filling nozzle.
- The desired volume is set by adjusting the piston stroke. The piston stroke can be achieved by adjusting the knob & the flow rate can be controlled using an airflow control valve depending on the viscosity of the material.
- The switch (foot or Auto/Manual mode) is then operated to start the machine.
- The piston actuates & the material is sucked from the hopper and delivered in the product through a nozzle.
- Once the product is filled as per the desired volume, the operator can remove the products manually.
