Harikrushna Machines Pvt. Ltd. (HMPL) introduces Model HMPL-SBW, a semi-automatic bottle washing machine specifically designed for 500 ml glass round bottles. Built with a durable SS 304 structure, the machine is available in two tank sizes and is engineered for space efficiency. It washes two bottles at a time, with the operator manually placing them into the brushes for cleaning using recycled or tap water. Afterward, the operator moves the bottles to the rinsing unit for a final wash with DM water or hot water. Each tank holds up to 20 liters of water. The machine delivers an output of 10 to 15 bottles per minute, depending on the operator's skill with manual loading and unloading.

Operations
The semi-automatic bottle washing machine comes with the basic structure of an SS 304 and two different tank sizes. This model requires very little space. Two bottles are washed at a time. The operator holds two bottles manually and places them inside the brush and washing takes place. People are using recycled water or tape water. After that operator takes out the bottle from the brush and places it in the rinsing unit. Hence, the final wash takes place with DM Water or Hot water. 20 liters of water can be stored in each Tank. Here, the speed depends on the skill of the operator as the loading and unloading are done manually.
